Об игре
3 promo cards for game. 1 card is double because it is in Spanish and English language. Other 2 cards are language independent.
Historian: when building a monument, apply the construction bonus from each district that provides Prestige.
The Instigator: you are not required to spend Dinarii or food during phase 4. Check happiness.
Each time a riot occurs, you decide where to place it.
