CPP-209 is a Kickstarter exclusive add-on for the Mercs:Recon Counter Threat and Mercs: Recon Assination Protocol games.

It consists of:

1x CPP-209 miniature

1x CPP-209 stat card

This can be used to replace an Op-For event in the game.
