Rouletista is a push-your-luck card and dice game played with one or two standard decks (Ace through 6 + Jokers with Aces as 1), built around a Russian Roulette theme - flip cards face-up and roll a die, hoping the number never matches a card you’ve exposed. Keep spinning for a bigger haul or “shoot yourself” and lose it all.
On your turn, flip the top card and roll the die. Roll a match to any card flipped this turn, and you’ve shot yourself - those cards are discarded and the die passes left. No match means you survived: either bank your flipped cards, or push your luck by flipping and rolling again, risking the pot for more points. Jokers are safe and force an automatic extra flip before rolling, but still count as points. Two twists add tension: Side Bets, where other players wager banked cards on whether you’ll bust before your roll, and Punish the Leader, where spending one banked card lets you roll against the current leader - survive and they discard cards equal to your pot; bust and you’re out a card.
The game ends when all cards are banked. Most banked cards wins - suit and rank don’t matter. Ties get reshuffled into a mini-deck for sudden-death among the tied players.
