Mosaiko is a fast-paced observation and reaction card game featuring photographs of Mexican decorative tiles. Each card has a different tile image on each side, and both sides of every card are used during play.
Players receive roughly equal stacks of cards. On a turn, a player flips the top card of their stack into the central play area. Whenever two identical tile images are visible, all players may race to touch the matching cards. The first player to correctly touch both cards claims the pair.
There are three copies of each tile image in the game. A previously claimed pair remains active and can therefore be stolen if the third matching image appears later. Completing a pair or a set of three scores one point, but a set of three is secured and can no longer be stolen.
The first player to accumulate 5 points wins the game.
