Kinsa Senbikiya is a party game about finding the uncertain boundaries hidden in everyday opinions and values.
In each round, one player becomes the judge. The judge reveals a topic card, such as where acceptable grooming ends or where a place begins to feel like a city. The back of the next card determines whose personal standard the judge must imagine when making the decision.
The other players secretly write answers according to the instruction on the topic card. Depending on the card, they must submit something that is just beyond the boundary or something that falls just short of it.
After all answers have been read aloud, the judge arranges them from lowest to highest according to the designated standard. The judge then places the line marker between two answers, indicating where they believe the boundary lies.
The player whose answer is closest to the line on the required side scores one point. If several answers are tied, all tied players score. The role of judge then passes to the player on the left.
The game ends after every player has served as the judge once. The player with the most points wins. Tied players share the victory.
