Diktat

Diktat is an placement, developpement and diplomacy game set in the NOC role-playing universe. It is designed for 2 to 5 players and 90-minute games.

At the begining of each turn, opportunities appear in the city, represented by cards. These cards enable you to form alliances with important groups, bribe powerful peoples, exploit recent scientific discoveries or make your presence felt at important events.

Players take it in turns to perform maneuvers to win these opportunities, or to earn Influence markers in the city's districts.

The basic maneuver consists of sending a team of agents onto the game board. Henchmen, guards, emissaries… Players secretly place their pawns on the board. At the end of the turn, the player who has the greatest number of Emissaries in a sector can take an opportunity card or an Influence marker first.

The second maneuver is to spy. The player can look at two face-down game elements: opponent's pawn or hidden opportunity card

The third maneuver consists of carrying out an assassination.
