Otto the Octopus is a tile laying game for 1 to 4 players
Players take it in turn to score points by extending and completing Otto's arms, whilst also laying other sea creature tiles for various bonuses and effects.

This was an entry in the 2016 Children's Game PnP Contest
and Otto did very well:
1st place: Best Game for Early Elementary School Children
