The object of the rules is to reproduce in a War Game the weapon capabilities and the tactics existing at the time of the Napoleonic Wars.
Ground scale is 1mm = 1 yard
Time scale is 2 1/2 minutes per period.
Game is designed for 20mm scale figures.
