The Thermal Wrapping is a gear card with the following text:

When you depart, add [1 armor] to all hit locations with heavy armor.

[Green affinity]: +1 while you are insulated.

Together with a Living Glossary card with relevant rules, the Thermal Wrapping was available as a promo with the Frozen Survivor — Camellia miniature, which itself is not part of the game.
